Please read this policy carefully before availing our services.
Service Fees
Our service fees cover the professional time, expertise, and resources invested in providing counselling, university shortlisting, application processing, documentation assistance, visa guidance, and related support. The fee structure is explained to each client at the time of registration, and a signed service agreement is required before services commence.
- Service fees are charged for the professional services rendered and are not contingent on the outcome of any visa or admission application.
- All applicable fees and charges will be communicated to you in writing before any payment is made.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted modes as communicated at the time of registration.
Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service delivery and the specific circumstances of the request:
- Before Service Commencement: If you cancel your engagement before any services have been initiated (no counselling session conducted, no applications submitted), you may be eligible for a full refund minus any administrative processing charges.
- After Partial Services: If services have been partially delivered (e.g., counselling provided, university shortlisted, documents reviewed), a partial refund may be issued proportionate to the work completed. The amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
- After Full Service Delivery: Once all agreed-upon services have been delivered (application submitted, visa application lodged), no refund will be applicable regardless of the outcome of the application.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow the process outlined below:
- Submit a written refund request via email to mminternational91@gmail.com with your full name, registration details, and reason for the refund request.
- Our team will review your request and assess the stage of service delivery within 7–10 business days.
- You will be notified in writing of the refund decision, including the refund amount (if applicable) and any deductions.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15–20 business days from the date of approval, to the original payment method or bank account.
Non-Refundable Items
The following fees and charges are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:
- University Application Fees: Fees paid directly to educational institutions for application processing.
- Visa Application Fees: Government or embassy fees paid for visa processing.
- Courier & Documentation Charges: Costs incurred for document attestation, courier services, or notarisation.
- Third-Party Service Fees: Charges paid to external bodies such as IELTS/PTE testing centres, health check providers, or insurance companies.
- PTE/IELTS Coaching Fees: Once coaching sessions have commenced, no refund is applicable for coaching fees.
Refund Timeline
We aim to process all valid refund requests as promptly as possible. The typical timeline is as follows:
- Acknowledgement: Within 3 business days of receiving your written request.
- Review & Decision: Within 7–10 business days of acknowledgement.
- Refund Processing: Within 15–20 business days after approval, depending on the payment method and banking processes.
Please note that bank processing times are beyond our control and may vary. We will keep you informed throughout the process.
Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with the refund decision, you may escalate the matter by writing to our management team. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and fairly. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Amritsar, Punjab.
